Zusammenfassung:To provide a method for producing uneven surface product in which an uneven surface product having a thick average thickness can be produced, and which has excellent productivity.SOLUTION: A method for producing uneven surface product having: a volume expansion agent-containing liquid layer forming process of imparting a curable composition containing a volume expansion agent and a polymerizable compound onto a substrate to form a volume expansion agent-containing liquid layer; a first heating process of heating the volume expansion agent-containing liquid layer, which is obtained by curing the volume expansion agent-containing liquid layer, to temperature TS at which the volume of the volume expansion agent at least expands, by using an IR heater; and a second heating process of heating the volume expansion agent-containing liquid layer to predetermined temperature being the temperature TS or higher by using a hot air generator after the first heating process to expand the volume of the volume expansion agent-containing layer and form a volume expansion layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】平均厚みが厚い凹凸表面物を製造でき、かつ優れた生産性を有する凹凸表面物の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】基材上に、体積膨張剤及び重合性化合物を含有する硬化型組成物を付与して体積膨張剤含有液層を形成する体積膨張剤含有液層形成工程と、前記体積膨張剤含有液層を硬化させた体積膨張剤含有液層を、前記体積膨張剤が少なくとも体積膨張する温度TSまで、IRヒーターを用いて加熱する第一の加熱工程と、前記第一の加熱工程の後に、前記体積膨張剤含有液層を、前記温度TS以上である所定の温度となるように温風装置を用いて加熱し、前記体積膨張剤含有層の体積を膨張させて体積膨張層を形成する第二の加熱工程と、を有する凹凸表面物の製造方法である。【選択図】なし
