TRANSFER PRINTING METHOD FOR POLYESTER FIBER MATERIAL, AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR TRANSFER-PRINTED POLYESTER FIBER PRODUCT

To provide a coloring process method applicable to the coloring process of all apparel products by improving low fastness which are problems of well-known textile printing/coloring methods and problem of sublimation transfer method and further by solving a quality problem such as a feeling deterioration in a high temperature transfer method, and to provide the coloring process method for an economical, environmentally friendly and ecological polyester fiber material excellent in economical efficiency.SOLUTION: There is provided a transfer printing method for polyester fiber material by a non-sublimation type disperse dye. The method is characterized by having a process of preparing a transfer sheet by imparting a non-water soluble polar organic compound of an IOB value of 0.05-0.80 to a base material, a process of preparing a transfer paper by printing an ink comprising the non-sublimation type disperse dye on the transfer sheet, and a process of pressurizing/heating the transfer paper by closely contacting the polyester fiber material. Besides, there is provided a production method for the transfer-printed polyester fiber product characterized by including the transfer printing method.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】公知の捺染法、染色法の問題点及び昇華転写法の問題点である低い堅牢度を改良するとともに、さらに、高温で転写する方法の風合い悪化という品質問題を解決しあらゆるアパレル製品の染色加工に適用可能で、さらに、経済性に優れたエコノミカルで環境に優しいエコロジカルなポリエステル系繊維材料の染色加工法を提供する。【解決手段】非昇華型分散染料によるポリエステル系繊維材料の転写捺染法であって、基材に、ＩＯＢ値が０．０５～０．８０である非水溶性極性有機化合物を付与して転写用紙を作製する工程、前記転写用紙の上に非昇華型分散染料からなるインクを印刷して転写紙を作製する工程、前記転写紙をポリエステル系繊維材料に密着して加圧・加熱する工程を有することを特徴とするポリエステル系繊維材料の転写捺染法、及び前記転写捺染法を含むことを特徴とする転写捺染されたポリエステル系繊維製品の製造方法。【選択図】なし
