Zusammenfassung:To provide a vapor-deposited film which has a layer composed of a resin composition giving a molding that suppresses occurrence of spitting during melt-molding, has sufficient heat and light resistances and is less likely to be formed into micro-plastic after disposal, and sufficiently improves each of the above characteristics compared to those using an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH); and has good gas barrier properties.SOLUTION: A vapor-deposited film has a base material layer (α) composed of a resin composition containing an EVOH (A) and aluminum ions (B), and an inorganic vapor-deposited layer (β) laminated on at least one surface of the base material layer (α), in which the total content (i+ii) of the carboxylic acid unit (I) and the lactone ring unit (II) per 1 g of the EVOH (A) in the resin composition is 14 μmol/g or more and 78 μmol/g or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】溶融成形時のブツの発生が抑制され、十分な耐熱耐光性を有し且つ廃棄後にマイクロプラスチック化し難い成形体が得られる樹脂組成物であり、同じエチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体(EVOH)を用いたものと比較して上記の各特性が十分に改善されている樹脂組成物からなる層を備え、良好なガスバリア性を有する蒸着フィルム等を提供する。【解決手段】EVOH(A)及びアルミニウムイオン(B)を含有する樹脂組成物からなる基材層(α)と、基材層(α)の少なくとも片面に積層される無機蒸着層(β)とを備える蒸着フィルムであって、上記樹脂組成物におけるEVOH(A)1gあたりのカルボン酸類単位(I)及びラクトン環単位(II)の合計含有量(i+ii)が14μmol/g以上78μmol/g以下である、蒸着フィルム。【選択図】なし
