To provide a log-in management system, a log-in management method, and a program which can enhance security in the case that a user has a plurality of accounts.SOLUTION: In an account management system, a first reception unit 101 of a server 10 receives a first request for log-in to a first account of a plurality of accounts which a user has. A first permission unit 102 permits a terminal 20, which has transmitted the first request, to log-in to the first account. A second reception unit 103 receives a second request for log-in to a second account of the plurality of accounts. A terminal determination unit 104 determines whether a terminal 20 which has transmitted the second request and the terminal 20 permitted by the first permission unit 102 are identical or not.
