Zusammenfassung:To shorten time required for establishing a Bluetooth connection.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device according to an embodiment is connectable to a pre-registered peripheral device by a BT connection. The on-vehicle device includes: an HFP connection unit that attempts to establish an HFP connection to the peripheral device; an AVP connection unit that attempts to establish an AVP connection to the peripheral device; a storage unit that stores management information indicating an execution order of HFP connection processing to the peripheral device and an execution order of AVP connection processing to the peripheral device; and a control unit that causes the HFP connection unit to execute the HFP connection processing in the execution order, and causes the AVP connection unit to execute the AVP connection processing in the execution order.
