Zusammenfassung: | To provide a coating thickness measurement system or the like for increasing processing precision of measurement or the like of a coating thickness by eliminating noise having a frequency component included in a detection signal of an induced electromotive force.SOLUTION: A coating thickness measurement system includes a pulse eddy current probe having a transmission coil and a reception coil, and calculates a coating thickness of a place to be measured by generating an induced current in the place to be measured. The coating thickness measurement system also has an induced electromotive force detection part and a filter processing part. The induced electromotive force detection part stops outputting a pulse current to the transmission coil and then detects induced electromotive force generated in the reception coil. The filter processing part eliminates noise included in a detection signal as the detected induced electromotive force. The filter processing part also divides a detection period from start to completion of detection of a detection signal into plural sections with one section as a predetermined period, and eliminates a frequency component of noise calculated based on Fourier series of a detection signal from the detection signal for each section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】誘導起電力の検出信号に含まれる周波数成分を持ったノイズを除去し、肉厚の測定等の処理精度を向上させる肉厚測定システム等を提供する。【解決手段】肉厚測定システムは、送信コイル及び受信コイルを有するパルス渦電流プローブを備え、被測定箇所に誘導電流を発生させて被測定箇所の肉厚を算出する。また、肉厚測定システムは、誘導起電力検出部及びフィルタ処理部を備える。誘導起電力検出部は、送信コイルへのパルス電流の出力停止後、受信コイルに生じた誘導起電力を検出する。フィルタ処理部は、検出された誘導起電力である検出信号に含まれるノイズを除去する。また、フィルタ処理部は、検出信号の検出開始から終了までの検出期間を、1区間を所定期間とする複数の区間に分け、区間ごとに、検出信号のフーリエ級数に基づいて算出したノイズの周波数成分を該検出信号から除去する。【選択図】図4 |
