To provide a ventilation system and a ventilation method for movable soundproof spaces.SOLUTION: A movable sound-proof booth comprises: a roof, a wall or a floor comprising multiple layers stacked; a first air channel 60a in a first layer 10 of the multiple layers; a second air channel 60b in a second layer 20 of the multiple layers; and a ventilation fan 70 and a ventilation aperture. An end of the first air channel is joined to an end of the second air channel to form a bypass air path. The ventilation fan is configured to guide air from outside the sound-proof booth to the first air channel and to guide air to the ventilation aperture through the second air channel.
