Zusammenfassung:To provide a steel pipe joint in which the increase in a manufacturing cost is suppressed.SOLUTION: A steel pipe joint 1 is formed by providing a plurality of plug insertion holes along the peripheral direction in a sheath pipe 12 provided in a steel pipe 11, providing a plurality of plug insertion holes along the peripheral direction in an insertion pipe 22 provided in a steel pipe 21, inserting plugs 31, 32 into a pair of plug insertion holes that face each other with a pipe axis C11 held therebetween, and fastening a nut 8 screwed to an end of a rod stretched between the plugs 31, 32 to make the tension act on the rod. Therefore, processing accuracy of the pair of plug insertion holes can be easily secured, and the increase in a manufacturing cost of the steel pipe joint 1 and a structure using the steel pipe joint 1 can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】製造コストの増大を抑制した鋼管継手を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管11に設けられた鞘管12に周方向へ沿って複数個のプラグ挿入孔を設け、鋼管21に設けられた挿入管22に周方向へ沿って複数個のプラグ挿入孔を設け、管軸C11を挟んで対向するプラグ挿入孔の対にプラグ31,32を挿入し、プラグ31,32間に架したロッドの端部に螺合したナット8を締め付けて当該ロッドに張力を作用させることで鋼管継手1を構成したので、プラグ挿入孔の対の加工精度を容易に確保することが可能であり、鋼管継手1、延いては鋼管継手1を用いた構造物の製造コストの増大を抑制することができる。【選択図】図2
