Zusammenfassung:	To provide a storage battery unit capable of easily and surely installing a storage battery module.SOLUTION: A storage battery unit 100 comprises a storage battery module 1 and a cubic or rectangular parallelepiped housing 20 for housing the storage battery module 1. The housing 20 comprises a main body part 201 including an upper opening 201a, and is configured so as to install the storage battery module 1 in the main body part 201 via the upper opening 201a. When the height of the housing 20 is X1[mm] and the height of an installation space S in which the housing 20 is installed is X2[mm], X2/X1 is 1.5 to 3.5.
