To provide a touch panel with high design property and low cost.SOLUTION: A touch panel 10 is provided with a first electrode substrate 14 having a first conductive film 12, a second electrode substrate 18 having a second conductive film 16 facing the first conductive film 12, a decorative portion 24 formed on the second electrode substrate 18, and a case 22 for accommodating the first electrode substrate 14.
