Zusammenfassung:To provide a safety device that uses a pressure detection sensor to monitor technology facilities, and enables speedy evaluation and also prevents an error caused by a ghost.SOLUTION: A safety device comprises a pressure detection sensor 22 which has a plurality of first electrodes 46 and a plurality of second electrodes 48, a measurement circuit which is coupled to the plurality of first electrodes and the plurality of second electrodes, and configured to sequentially measure electric resistance 58 at the related coupling part to be measured, and an evaluation unit 90 which is configured to provide an output signal in response to the determined electric resistance. The measurement circuit has a first selection element 86 and a second selection element 94, the first selection element has a related first electrode connected to a terminal receiving a measurement potential 64 and a related second electrode connected to a ground terminal, and also has the other first electrode and the other second electrode not to be measured connected to a terminal receiving a predetermined potential 70, thereby taking an isolated measurement of the electric resistance at the coupling part through the related first electrode and the related second electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】圧力検知センサを用いて技術設備を監視するための安全デバイスであって、迅速な評価を可能にし、かつゴーストにより生じる誤検知を防ぐ。【解決手段】複数の第1電極46と複数の第2電極48とを有する圧力検知センサ22と、複数の第1電極と複数の第2電極とに連結されて、測定対象である関連する連結部位で電気抵抗58を逐次判定するように構成されている測定回路と、判定された電気抵抗に応答して出力信号を提供するように構成されている評価ユニット90とを備え、測定回路は、第1選択素子86と第2選択素子94とを有し、第1選択素子は関連する第1電極を測定電位64を受ける端子に接続し、関連する第2電極を接地端子に接続し、測定対象でない他の第1電極と他の第2電極とを所定の電位70を受ける端子に接続し、関連する第1電極および関連する第2電極を通して、連結部位の電気抵抗の隔離された測定を可能にするように構成されている。【選択図】図6
