The box body 2 is provided with a cover body 3 for opening and closing the opening 5. A restricting body 7, that allows opening and closing of the cover body 3 but regulates the opening of the cover body 3 when flooded, is provided on the cover body 3 so as to be rotatable in a vertical direction. The restricting body 7 has an engaging protrusion part 43 that engages with a cover receiving part 13 of the box body 2 when flooded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
