Zusammenfassung:To provide an inductor which enhances contact between an internal coil and an external electrode to secure reliability of the inductor.SOLUTION: An inductor according to one example of the invention includes: a body including an internal coil having first and second end parts and a sealing material for sealing the internal coil and including magnetic particles; and first and second external electrodes electrically connected to the internal coil on an external surface of the body. A first metallic extension part which directly contacts with the first end part of the internal coil and covers the first end part is disposed between the body and the first external electrode. A second metallic extension part which directly contacts with the second end part of the internal coil and covers the second end part is disposed between the body and the second external electrode. A first connection layer and a second connection layer, formed by multiple layers, are respectively disposed between the first metallic extension part and the first external electrode and between the second metallic extension part and the second external electrode.
