To provide an information processing apparatus which simply ensures the security of a mechanism for substitutional access to predetermined access-restricted information, a control method of a computer, and a control program.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus constituting an information processing system (auxiliary system 50) includes a first function unit and a second function unit. The first function unit receives, without using a chat system, authentication information required for access from a user terminal which is to access a management system for managing predetermined information using the chat system. The first function unit having received the authentication information returns substitute information which contributes to specifying the received authentication information, to the user terminal. The second function unit receives the substitute information transmitted from the user terminal via the chat system.
