To provide a remote control device having a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A control device 10 includes a base plate Pb and a holding block Bk. The base plate Pb can be fixed to the side part of a control lever Lc. The holding block Bk can hold the control lever Lc. The base plate Pb includes motors 1 and 1 projecting from an output shaft 1s, swinging arms 2a and 2b, and a link member 3. The swinging arms 2a and 2b have base ends fixed to the output shaft 1s. Tip parts of the swinging arms 2a and 2b are rotatably connected to both ends of the link member 3. The holding block Bk has a straight rail 41 fixed to the outer periphery.
