Zusammenfassung:To provide a fixture capable of reducing heat going in and out of a window and reducing a cooling and heating load.SOLUTION: A fixture comprises an outer partition body 1, an intermediate partition body 3, and an inner partition body 2, and also has an outdoor-side ventilation part 5 which leads from an outdoor space to an intermediate layer 4 between the outer partition body 1 and the intermediate partition body 3, and an indoor-side ventilation part 6 which leads from an indoor space to the intermediate layer 4 between the inner partition body 2 and the intermediate partition body 3. The intermediate partition body 3 has a translucent screen part 7 and a lightproof screen part 8 which is more insulated than the translucent screen part 7. An area ratio of the translucent screen part 7 and the lightproof screen part 8 can be changed. Air flows in one direction along the inner surface of the outer partition body 1 and turns at around a tip of the intermediate layer 4 to flow in the other direction along the outer surface of the inner partition body 2, or flows in one direction along the outer surface of the inner partition body 2 and turns at around the tip of the intermediate layer 4 to flow in the other direction along the inner surface of the outer partition body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 窓からの熱の出入りを減らし、冷暖房負荷を抑えることのできる建具の提供。【解決手段】 外側仕切体1と中間仕切体3と内側仕切体2とを備え、室外空間から外側仕切体1と中間仕切体3の間の中間層4に連通する室外側通気部5と、室内空間から内側仕切体2と中間仕切体3の間の中間層4に連通する室内側通気部6を有し、中間仕切体3は、透光性スクリーン部7と、透光性スクリーン部7よりも断熱性が高い遮光性スクリーン部8とを有し、透光性スクリーン部7と遮光性スクリーン部8の面積比を変更自在であり、外側仕切体1の内側面に沿って一方向に空気が流れ、中間層4の端部付近で折り返し、内側仕切体2の外側面に沿って他方向に空気が流れるか、内側仕切体2の外側面に沿って一方向に空気が流れ、中間層4の端部付近で折り返し、外側仕切体1の内側面に沿って他方向に空気が流れる。【選択図】 図1
