To provide a mask capable of suppressing the entrapment of heat and damp while securing the performance to prevent droplets from scattering forward.SOLUTION: A mask comprises a mask body 10 which covers the mouth and the nose of a user, and an ear hook part 20 which is disposed at both left and right side ends of the mask body 10 and is hooked on the ear of the user. The mask body 10 comprises a body center part 11 which is made of a fabric and is disposed at the central area in the longitudinal direction, and body side parts 12 and 12 which are disposed on both left and right sides of the body center part 11. The body center part 11 and the body side part 12 have an overlap portion 121 where they are overlapped in the longitudinal direction in such a manner that the body center part 11 is located in front of the body side part 12. The overlap portion 121 comprises an upper sewn-up portion 123 and a lower sewn-up portion 122 where the body center part 11 and the body side part 12 are connected together, and an opening 13 between the body center part 11 and the body side part 12.
