Zusammenfassung: | To provide a vehicular wheel which inhibits deterioration of durability caused by an excessive heat input portion while inhibiting deterioration of joint strength.SOLUTION: A vehicular wheel includes: a wheel rim having a substantially cylindrical shape; a wheel disc fitted in the inner periphery side of the wheel rim and having a substantially disc shape; and a laser welding part where the wheel rim and the wheel disc are joined by laser welding. In a circumferential direction of the vehicular wheel, an entire length of the laser welding part is 90% or longer than a length of an entire periphery of the wheel disc. One or more non-welding portions, in which the laser welding part is not formed in the circumferential direction of the vehicular wheel, exist between the wheel rim and the wheel disc.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】接合強度の低下を抑制しつつ、過剰入熱部分に起因する耐久性の低下を抑制する。【解決手段】車両用ホイールは、略円筒状のホイールリムと、ホイールリムの内周側に嵌合されている略円盤状のホイールディスクと、ホイールリムとホイールディスクとをレーザ溶接により接合したレーザ溶接部と、を備える。車両用ホイールの周方向において、レーザ溶接部の全体の長さは、ホイールディスクの全周の長さの90%以上である。ホイールリムとホイールディスクとの間には、車両用ホイールの周方向においてレーザ溶接部が形成されていない1または複数の非溶接箇所が存在している。【選択図】図3 |
