【課題】形状不良断面を有する金属帯のロール間における運動を定量的に計算することができる、金属帯の蛇行制御方法及び蛇行制御装置を提供すること。【解決手段】複数のロール2で金属帯4を搬送する搬送設備1において、ステアリングロール装置31を用いて金属帯4の蛇行を制御する、金属帯4の蛇行制御方法であって、汎関数を用いて金属帯4の運動を計算する蛇行数値シミュレーションを行い、蛇行数値シミュレーションの結果を用いて、蛇行の制御に用いられる制御プログラムの事前最適化及び蛇行制御ロジックの情報補償の少なくとも一方を行う。【選択図】図1 |
