Zusammenfassung:To provide a liquid chemical spray device that can suppress the spray amount of a liquid chemical from a nozzle and the fluctuation of a particle diameter even if the height of the nozzle spraying the liquid chemical is structured to be variable and the height of the nozzle is changed, can stably spray the liquid chemical from the nozzle, and can appropriately correspond to the liquid chemical with corrosiveness or an oxidation property.SOLUTION: A liquid chemical spray device 1 has a liquid chemical reservoir tank 2, a pump 3 that sends a liquid chemical 23 from the liquid chemical reservoir tank 2, an air compressor 7, and a spray portion 9 formed so as to vary its height from the liquid chemical reservoir tank 2. The spray portion 9 has a reservoir portion 10 that stores the liquid chemical sent from the pump 3, and a two-fluid nozzle 11 to which the liquid chemical is supplied from the reservoir portion 10 and compression air is supplied from the air compressor 7. The liquid chemical is sucked from the reservoir portion 10 by a flow of the compression air, and the liquid chemical is sprayed from the two-fluid nozzle 11 together with the compression air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】薬液を噴霧するノズルの高さが可変に構成され、ノズルの高さを変えても、ノズルからの薬液の噴霧量や粒子径の変動を抑えることができ、薬液を安定してノズルから噴霧することができ、また腐食性や酸化性を有する薬液に対しても適切に対応することができる薬液噴霧装置を提供する。【解決手段】薬液貯留タンク2と、薬液貯留タンク2から薬液23を送液するポンプ3と、エアコンプレッサ7と、薬液貯留タンク2からの高さが可変に形成された噴霧部9とを有し、噴霧部9は、ポンプ3から送液された薬液が貯留される貯留部10と、貯留部10から薬液が供給されるとともにエアコンプレッサ7から圧縮空気が供給される二流体ノズル11を有し、圧縮空気の流れにより貯留部10から薬液が吸引され、二流体ノズル11から薬液が圧縮空気とともに噴霧される薬液噴霧装置1。【選択図】図1
