SHAFT CLEANING SYSTEM

To provide a shaft cleaning system which can deal with cleaning of various kinds of shafts.SOLUTION: A shaft cleaning system includes: a robot 3 installed in a cleaning device 2; a transport device 7 which may transport a shaft; a camera 4 which images the shaft transported by the transport device 7; recognition means which recognizes a two dimensional shape of the shaft imaged by the camera 4; diameter detecting means which detects a large diameter portion from the two dimensional shape of the shaft recognized by the recognition means; center point detecting means which detects a center point of the large diameter portion of the shaft detected by the diameter detecting means; and height detecting means which causes the robot 3 to operate toward the center point detected by the center point detecting means to detect a height of the shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】多種多様な種類のシャフトの洗浄に対応することができるシャフト洗浄システムを提供する。【解決手段】洗浄装置２内に設置されたロボットロボット３と、シャフトを搬送可能な搬送装置７と、搬送装置７にて搬送されてきたシャフトを撮像するカメラ４と、カメラ４にて撮像されたシャフトの２次元形状を認識する認識手段と、認識手段にて認識されたシャフトの２次元形状から径大箇所を検出する径検出手段と、径検出手段にて検出したシャフトの径大箇所の中心点を検出する中心点検出手段と、中心点検出手段にて検出された中心点に向かってロボット３を動作させることにより、シャフトの高さを検出する高さ検出手段と、を有してなる。【選択図】図１
