Zusammenfassung: | To provide a corrosion inspection method and a corrosion inspection device of a laminate capable of improving detection accuracy of a corrosion part.SOLUTION: Multiple reflected waves are received in an inspection part E of a laminate 10, and an echo height of reflected waves of the number of times of reflection in the inspection part E is compared with an echo height of reflected waves of the number of times of reflection of a first simulated gap part. When the echo height of the reflected waves of the number of times of reflection in the inspection part E is equivalent to the echo height of the reflected waves of the number of times of reflection of the first simulated gap part, the inspection part is estimated as a corrosion part, in which corrosion has progressed by liquid. When the echo height of the reflected waves of the number of times of reflection in the inspection part E is larger than the echo height of the reflected waves of the number of times of reflection of the first simulated gap part, the inspection part is estimated as a peeling part, in which corrosion has not progressed by the liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 腐食部の検出精度を向上させることの可能な積層体の腐食検査方法及び腐食検査装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 積層体10の検査部Eにおいて多重反射波を受信して、検査部Eにおける反射回数の反射波のエコー高さと第一模擬空隙部の反射回数の反射波のエコー高さとを比較し、検査部Eにおける反射回数の反射波のエコー高さが、第一模擬空隙部の反射回数の反射波のエコー高さと同等である場合に検査部を液体による腐食が進行した腐食部と推定する。第一模擬空隙部の反射回数の反射波のエコー高さよりも大である場合に検査部を液体による腐食が進行していない剥離部と推定する。【選択図】 図1 |
