Zusammenfassung:	To provide a treatment method of wastewater including a cyanogen compound which can timely reflect information on the cyanogen compound in the wastewater containing a suspended substance while failure of an analyzer does not occur for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A treatment method of wastewater including a cyanogen compound comprises: an analysis step of analyzing the cyanogen compound included in the wastewater containing a suspended substance; and a treatment step of adding a chemical agent to the wastewater to treat the cyanogen compound. A type and/or usage of the chemical agent used in the treatment step are determined on the basis of information on the cyanogen compound in the wastewater generated in the analysis step.
