Zusammenfassung: | To provide a fermentation apparatus and a fermentation method, which enable high-speed fermentation and produce high-quality fermentation products.SOLUTION: There is provided a fermentation apparatus comprising: a plurality of primary fermenters 105, which contain a fermented material mixed with a culture solution of facultative anaerobic microorganisms including at least one of lactic acid bacteria, yeasts, filamentous fungi, and actinomycetes and perform a first fermentation process; a plurality of secondary fermenters 106 less than the primary fermenters, which contain a fermented material that has undergone the primary fermentation process and perform a second fermentation process; a plurality of tertiary fermenters 107 less than the secondary fermenters, which contain a fermented material that has undergone the secondary fermentation process and perform a tertiary fermentation process; and air suction equipment 108 that supplies gas from the bottom side of each of the primary fermenters, secondary fermenters, and tertiary fermenters to the inside of each of the primary fermenters, secondary fermenters, and tertiary fermenters and sucks the gas inside each of the primary fermenters and secondary fermenters from the side opposite to the bottom of each of the primary fermenter and secondary fermenter. 【課題】高速発酵が可能で、品質の高い発酵生成物を生産する。【解決手段】乳酸菌、酵母菌、糸状菌、放線菌の少なくとも一つを含む通性嫌気性の微生物の培養液が混合した発酵素材を収容し、第一の発酵処理を行なう複数の一次発酵槽105と、一次発酵槽の数よりも少なく、第一の発酵処理が施された発酵素材を収容し、第二の発酵処理を行なう複数の二次発酵槽106と、二次発酵槽の数よりも少なく、第二の発酵処理が施された発酵素材を収容し、第三の発酵処理を行なう複数の三次発酵槽107と、各一次発酵槽、各二次発酵槽および各三次発酵槽の底面側から各一次発酵槽、各二次発酵槽および各三次発酵槽の内部へガスを供給すると共に、各一次発酵槽および各二次発酵槽の底面と反対側から各一次発酵槽および各二次発酵槽の内部のガスを吸引する吸送気設備108と、を備え、二次腐敗しない堆肥の生産に用いられる。【選択図】図1 |
