Zusammenfassung:To visibly display the manufacturing status of products manufactured sequentially through a plurality of manufacturing processes and a change in a process characteristic factor occurring in each of manufacturing processes.SOLUTION: A visualization system of an embodiment stores: manufacture log information including start time and end time in each process of products manufactured sequentially through a plurality of manufacturing processes on an individual manufacture unit; and time history information of each process characteristic factor as a factor influencing quality characteristics in the manufacturing processes. A time axis of the process characteristic factor synchronized with the time passage of the manufacturing log information is generated, and a display object representing a state or a change of the process characteristic factor is generated based on the time history information and arranged at the time axis to generate a time line object of the process characteristic factor. A process characteristic factor time line screen where respective time line objects of the plurality of process characteristic factors are arranged in parallel is displayed on a display device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】複数の製造工程を順に経て製造される製品の製造状況及び各製造工程で発生した工程特性要因の変化を視認可能に表示する。【解決手段】実施形態の可視化システムは、複数の製造工程を順に経て製造される製品の製造単位毎の各工程における開始時刻又は終了時刻を含む製造ログ情報と、製造工程において、品質特性に影響する要因となる各工程特性要因の経時履歴情報とが記憶される。製造ログ情報の時間経過に同期させた工程特性要因の時間軸を生成するとともに、経時履歴情報に基づいて工程特性要因の状態又は変化を表す表示オブジェクトを生成して時間軸に配置し、工程特性要因のタイムラインオブジェクトを生成する。複数の工程特性要因それぞれの各タイムラインオブジェクトを並列配置した工程特性要因タイムライン画面をディスプレイ装置に表示させる。【選択図】図6
