Zusammenfassung:To reduce the stress received by a high-frequency power supply when applying power from the power supply to a load.SOLUTION: A controller (5) of a dielectric heating system (1) obtains the efficiency of an amplifier (21) provided in a high-frequency power supply (2) when adjusting load impedance and uses the efficiency to identify an initial value of the load impedance for the load impedance to remain within an acceptable range and for the efficiency to remain above a predetermined value when the high-frequency power supply outputs a steady-state power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】高周波電源から負荷に電力を印加する場合に、高周波電源が受けるストレスを軽減する。【解決手段】誘電加熱システム(1)の制御器(5)は、負荷インピーダンスを調整する場合、高周波電源(2)に備えられた増幅器(21)の効率を取得し、高周波電源が定常電力を出力する場合、当該効率を用いて、負荷インピーダンスが許容範囲内であり、効率が所定値以上で推移するための、負荷インピーダンスの初期値を特定する。【選択図】図1
