To provide a ventilator which can prevent an insufficient ventilation state from being continued by notifying a resident of the block of an air duct.SOLUTION: A ventilator 100 comprises: an air supply air duct 15; an exhaust air duct 16; an air supply blower 2 for generating an air supply flow; an exhaust blower 3 for generating an exhaust flow; and a heat exchanger 4 for exchanging heat between the air supply flow and the exhaust flow. When an increase amount in the rotation number of the air supply blower 2 per fixed time is equal to or larger than a threshold during operations of the air supply blower 2 and the exhaust blower 3, notification means notifies that the air supply air duct 15 is blocked. When an increase amount in the rotation number of the exhaust blower 3 per fixed time is equal to or larger than a threshold, the notification means notifies that the exhaust air duct 16 is blocked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】 風路が閉塞していることを居住者に報知することで、換気不足の状態が継続するのを防止することのできる換気装置を提供する。【解決手段】 本開示に係る換気装置１００は、給気風路１５と、排気風路１６と、給気流を発生させる給気用送風機２と、排気流を発生させる排気用送風機３と、給気流と排気流との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器４と、を備え、給気用送風機２及び排気用送風機３の運転中において、給気用送風機２の回転数の一定時間当たりの増加量が閾値以上である場合には給気風路１５が閉塞した旨の報知を報知手段に行わせ、排気用送風機３の回転数の一定時間当たりの増加量が閾値以上である場合には排気風路１６が閉塞した旨の報知を報知手段に行わせる。【選択図】 図２
