Zusammenfassung:To eliminate the necessity for arranging a dimensional surplus amount by taking into consideration a thermal influence at the joining of members and to decrease a device outside diameter D1, in a fluid-sealed assembly.SOLUTION: A fluid-sealed assembly comprises a dish-shaped member 12, a lid-shaped member 13, and a diaphragm 14 arranged between the dish-shaped member and the lid-shaped member. Both the dish-shaped member and the lid-shaped member have member main body parts 12a, 13a which form an internal space, and flange parts 12b, 13b hanging outward from peripheral edges of the member main body parts. The diaphragm is joined to the dish-shaped member and the lid-shaped member so as to be gripped by the flange part of the dish-shaped member and the flange part of the lid-shaped member at its peripheral edge part, and a fluid-sealed space 21 for sealing fluid therein is formed between the member main body part of the lid member and the diaphragm. The flange part of the dish-shaped member, the peripheral edge part of the diaphragm, and the flange part of the lid-shaped member are joined to one another by windingly fastening them in a roll shape by making them superimposed on one another.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】流体封入組立体において部材接合時の熱的影響を考慮した寸法的余裕分を設ける必要性を排除し、装置外径D1を小さくする。【解決手段】皿状部材12と、蓋状部材13と、皿状部材と蓋状部材との間に配されるダイアフラム14とを備え、皿状部材及び蓋状部材は共に、内部空間を形成する部材本体部12a,13aと、部材本体部の周縁から外方へ張り出すフランジ部12b,13bとを有し、ダイアフラムは、その周縁部が皿状部材のフランジ部と蓋状部材のフランジ部により挟持されるように皿状部材と蓋状部材とに接合され、蓋状部材の部材本体部とダイアフラムとの間に、流体を封入する流体封入空間21が形成された流体封入組立体で、ダイアフラムを皿状部材と蓋状部材との間に支持し且つ流体封入空間を密封できるように、皿状部材のフランジ部と、ダイアフラムの周縁部と、蓋状部材のフランジ部とを重ね合わせてロール状に巻締めることにより接合した。【選択図】図1
