Zusammenfassung: | To provide a novel vent pipe with a built-in check valve that allows air masses and air bubbles in a siphon conduit to be discharged naturally and completely prevents air from flowing back out of an outlet even when the pipe is under negative pressure, the vent pipe further having a large air extraction capacity that allows air masses and air bubbles to be discharged at once.SOLUTION: In a disclosed water-sealed vent pipe, a swing-type check valve is installed in the middle of the body of a siphon conduit in hydropower generation, which is upright from the top of a bend, and the check valve opens when the main pipe is under positive pressure but closes when the main pipe is under negative pressure. A sealing water section is further provided above the check valve to store sealing water at all times.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】サイフォン式導水管内の空気塊や気泡を自然排出させ、かつ管内が負圧時でも排出口からの空気の逆流を完全阻止する逆止弁内蔵の通気管で、更に空気塊や気泡を一気に吐出排出できる大きな空気抜容量を有する通気管が無い点である。【解決手段】水力発電のサイフォン式導水管の屈曲最上部から立直させた管本体の途中に、本管が正圧の時に開状態となる一方で、本管が負圧の時に閉状態となるスイング型逆止弁を設け、更に逆止弁上部には封止水を常時貯める封止水部を設けた水封式通気管を開示する。【選択図】図2 |
