Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method of manufacturing a splittable rectangular spinneret using a general-purpose processing machine to be available at low cost, wherein the method prevents polymer leakage, is capable of arranging multiple nozzle holes and is highly productive.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a spinneret of this invention manufactures the spinneret in which one or more distribution plates 2 in which a flow passage 9 is formed and a discharge plate are consecutively arranged downstream in a spinning direction and extended in one direction viewed from a polymer discharge surface. The method includes the steps of: preparing a plurality of partial distribution plates 5 on which an auxiliary distribution plate 6 is placed, on at least one side of the distribution plate; performing processing of thinning at least one auxiliary distribution plate of the one or more partial distribution plates in the polymer spinning direction; equalizing the thickness of all the partial distribution plates in the polymer spinning direction; arranging the plurality of partial distribution plates in the direction in which the spinneret extends; and placing the discharge plate on the arranged plural partial distribution plates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】安価で導入できる汎用加工機を用いて分割型の矩形の紡糸口金を製造する方法において、ポリマ漏れが無く、多数のノズル孔を配置できる生産性の高い紡糸口金を製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の紡糸口金の製造方法は、流路9が形成された1枚以上の分配板2と吐出板とがポリマ紡出方向の下流に向かい順に配置され、ポリマ吐出面から観察して一方向に延存する紡糸口金を製造する方法であって、分配板の少なくとも一方の面に、補助分配板6が重ねられた部分分配板5を複数用意し、次いで、1つ以上の部分分配板の少なくとも一方の補助分配板に、そのポリマ紡出方向の厚みを薄くする加工を施して、すべての部分分配板のポリマ紡出方向の厚みを同じにし、次いで、複数の部分分配板を、紡糸口金の延在する方向に並べ、次いで、並べられた複数の部分分配板に吐出板を重ねる。【選択図】図2 |
