ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE DEVICE

To provide an elevator maintenance device performing support for securing the safety of a maintenance worker in a hoistway in inspection work of an elevator.SOLUTION: A portable terminal fixing device 206 by which a portable terminal 100 is installed toward a moving direction of a balance weight 207 is installed on a ceiling board of an elevator (lift) so as to determine a distance between the balance weight 207 and a maintenance worker in a hoistway to arouse an attention to the maintenance worker at an appropriate timing by using the portable terminal 100 when the maintenance worker performs maintenance work while operating the lift. This makes it possible to prevent the maintenance worker from contacting with the balance weight 207 in the hoistway even when the maintenance work is performed during operation of the lift.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】エレベーター点検作業時における昇降路内保守作業員の安全確保のための支援を行うエレベーター保全装置を提供する。【解決手段】保守作業員が、エレベーター（昇降機）を稼働させながら、保守作業を行う際に、携帯端末１００を用いて、昇降路内の釣合い錘２０７と保守作業員との間隔を判定して適切なタイミングで保守作業員に注意喚起を行うために、携帯端末１００を、釣合い錘２０７の移動方向に向けて設置する携帯端末固定装置２０６を、昇降機の天井板上に設置する。このことで、昇降機を稼働中に、保守作業を実行しても、保守作業員が昇降路内の釣合い錘２０７に接触することを防止できる。【選択図】図６
