SUDDEN START PREVENTION DEVICE

To accurately prevent sudden start due to stepping mistake of an accelerator pedal in accordance with a type of a vehicle while suppressing a user's burden due to increase in mounting man-hours.SOLUTION: A sudden start prevention device comprises: an accelerator voltage detection unit 101 which detects the voltage of an accelerator signal output from an accelerator pedal unit 20; a storage determination unit 103 which automatically determines the voltage detected by the accelerator voltage detection unit 101 as reference voltage to be stored when it is specified that a vehicle in an accelerator non-stepped state; a storage unit 104 which stores the reference voltage being the determined voltage; a suppression determination unit 106 which determines whether or not to suppress the acceleration of the own vehicle according to the stepping-amount of the accelerator pedal by comparing the reference voltage stored in the storage unit 104 with the voltage detected by the accelerator voltage detection unit 101; and an accelerator voltage output unit 107 which suppresses the acceleration of the own vehicle according to the stepping-amount of the accelerator pedal when the suppression determination unit 106 determines that the acceleration of the own vehicle is suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】アクセルペダルの踏み間違いによる急発進を、搭載工数の増加によるユーザ負担を抑えつつ、車両の車種に応じてより精度良く防止することを可能にする。【解決手段】アクセルペダルユニット２０から出力されるアクセル信号の電圧を検出するアクセル電圧検出部１０１と、アクセル未踏状態であると特定した場合にアクセル電圧検出部１０１で検出した電圧を記憶すべき基準電圧として自動で判定する記憶判定部１０３と、判定された電圧である基準電圧を記憶する記憶部１０４と、記憶部１０４に記憶されている基準電圧と、アクセル電圧検出部１０１で検出する電圧とを比較することで、アクセルペダルの踏み込み量に応じた自車の加速を抑制するか否かを判定する抑制判定部１０６と、抑制判定部１０６で自車の加速を抑制すると判定した場合には、アクセルペダルの踏み込み量に応じた自車の加速を抑制するアクセル電圧出力部１０７とを備える。【選択図】図２
