To provide a water treatment device with reduced influence of expansion and contraction due to heat.SOLUTION: A water treatment device 100B of the present invention comprises: a heat exchanger 11 into which water to be treated flows in from outside and through which heated fluid flows to exchange heat with the water to be treated; a filtration membrane module 13 which filters the water to be treated having passed through the heat exchanger 11; and a frame 40 which retains the heat exchanger 11 and the filtration membrane module 13.
