Zusammenfassung:To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor which can improve density of electrostatic capacitance and have high breakdown voltage in comparison with a series structure.SOLUTION: A multilayer ceramic capacitor comprises: a laminate including a dielectric layer and an internal electrode layer; and an external electrode. The external electrode includes: first and second external electrodes installed on both edge faces; third and fourth external electrodes on one of lateral faces; and fifth and sixth external electrodes on the other lateral face. The internal electrode layer includes: first and second internal electrode layers connected with the first and second external electrodes; third and fourth internal electrode layers connected with the third and fourth external electrodes; and fifth and sixth internal electrode layers connected with the fifth and sixth external electrodes. The third internal electrode layer and the fifth internal electrode layer are installed in the same dielectric layer as the first internal electrode layer and separately arranged, and the fourth internal electrode layer and the sixth internal electrode layer are installed in the same dielectric layer as the second internal electrode layer and separately arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】シリーズ構造よりも、静電容量密度の向上と高い絶縁破壊電圧を有しうる積層セラミックコンデンサを提供する。【解決手段】積層セラミックコンデンサは、誘電体層と内部電極層とを含む積層体と、外部電極とを有する。外部電極は、両端面上に配置される第1及び第2の外部電極と、いずれかの側面に配置される第3及び第4の外部電極並びに第5及び第6の外部電極とを有する。内部電極層は、第1及び第2の外部電極に接続される第1及び第2の内部電極層と、第3及び第4の外部電極に接続される第3及び第4の内部電極層と、第5及び第6の外部電極に接続される第5及び第6の内部電極層とを有する。第3の内部電極層及び第5の内部電極層は、第1の内部電極層と同じ誘電体層に配置され、かつ離れて配置され、第4の内部電極層及び第6の内部電極層は、第2の内部電極層と同じ誘電体層に配置され、かつ離れて配置される。【選択図】図5
