Zusammenfassung:To prevent a manual operation of an operation shaft from being affected by an influence resulting from the injection of fluid from a seal part of the operation shaft.SOLUTION: A manual valve 10 comprises a casing 11 in which a valve hole 22 is formed, a valve body 23 for opening and closing the valve hole 22, an operation shaft 31 inserted into a penetration hole 19 of the casing 11, connected with a handle 32, and manually opening and closing the valve body 23 by the handle 32, a packing 34 for sealing a clearance between the penetration hole 19 and the operation shaft 31, and a cover 40 arranged between the casing 11 and the handle 32, and covering the penetration hole 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】操作軸のシール部からの流体の噴出に起因して操作軸の手動操作に影響が及ぶことを防止すること。【解決手段】手動弁１０は、内部に弁孔２２が形成されているケーシング１１と、弁孔２２を開閉する弁体２３と、ケーシング１１の貫通孔１９に挿入されると共に、ハンドル３２が連結され、該ハンドル３２によって弁体２３を手動で開閉操作する操作軸３１と、貫通孔１９と操作軸３１との間をシールするパッキン３４と、ケーシング１１とハンドル３２との間に設けられ、貫通孔１９を覆うカバー４０とを備えている。【選択図】図１
