Zusammenfassung: | To provide a steel wire and a spring that can achieve both of high strength and high toughness.SOLUTION: A steel wire 1 is composed a steel that contains 0.5 mass% or more and 0.7 mass% or less of carbon, 1 mass% or more and 2.5 mass% or less of silicon, 0.5 mass% or more and 1 mass% or less of manganese, 0.5 mass% or more and 2 mass% or less of chromium, with the balance being iron and inevitable impurities. The steel wire has a wire diameter of 0.5 mm or more and 2 mm or less and a tensile strength of 2000 N/mm2 or more and 2700 N/mm2 or less. The steel has a pearlite structure. When the grating strain of the steel is defined as S% and the tensile strength is defined as T N/mm2, {(S%+0.58885%)/T}mm2/N, which is calculated by dividing a value of S% plus 0.58885% by T N/mm2, is 4.8×10-6 mm2/N or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高い強度と高い靱性とを両立させることが可能な鋼線およびばねを提供する。【解決手段】鋼線1は、0.5質量%以上0.7質量%以下の炭素と、1質量%以上2.5質量%以下の珪素と、0.5質量%以上1質量%以下のマンガンと、0.5質量%以上2質量%以下のクロムと、を含み、残部が鉄および不可避的不純物である鋼から構成される。線径が、0.5mm以上2mm以下である。引張強度が、2000N/mm2以上2700N/mm2以下である。鋼は、パーライト組織を有する。鋼の格子歪をS%とし、引張強度をT N/mm2とした場合、S%に0.58885%を足した値をT N/mm2で除した値である{(S%+0.58885%)/T}mm2/Nが4.8×10−6mm2/N以上である。【選択図】図1 |
