CONNECTION/SEPARATION DEVICE FOR SEPARATING SATELLITE FROM LAUNCHER OR FROM SATELLITE DISPENSER

To provide a connection/separation device for an element of a spaceship or launcher.SOLUTION: A connection/separation device (1) includes: a plurality of clamps (2, 2') aligned circumferentially and couplable by the internal face thereof to rings (6, 7) of separable elements, which rings constitute the joining interface between the two separable elements; and a release mechanism (3) that connects two of the clamps (2') by an end of one of the clamps (2'), where the two clamps (2') connected by the release mechanism (3) comprise a projection (4) that projects from the external face thereof at the end opposite the end for connecting to the release mechanism, and where the rest of the clamps (2) comprise a projection (4) that projects from the outer face at each of the ends thereof, such that each pair of adjacent clamps (2, 2, 2, 2') not connected together by the release mechanism (3) is connected by joining means (5) that join the projections (4).
