Zusammenfassung: | To provide a circulation pump unit which can be effectively prevented in vibration by a small number of vibrationproof joints, and can absorb a dimensional error of a piping structure by the vibrationproof joints.SOLUTION: In a circulation pump unit (1) which integrally accommodates a plurality of circulation pumps (2, 3), suction piping (8, 9) connected to suction sides of the circulation pumps (2, 3), discharge piping (12, 13) connected to discharge sides of the circulation pumps (2, 3), a suction aggregation pipe (10) connected to a plurality of pieces of the suction piping (8, 9), and a discharge aggregation pipe (14) connected to a plurality of pieces of the discharge piping (12, 13) in a casing, vibrationproof joints (15, 16) are arranged at the suction aggregation pipe (10) and the discharge aggregation pipe (14), and the vibrationproof joint (15) arranged at the suction aggregation pipe (10) and the vibrationproof joint (16) arranged at the discharge aggregation pipe (14) are arranged toward a direction in which axial directions of the joints intersect with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】少数の防振継手でもって効果的に防振できかつ防振継手により配管構造の寸法誤差を吸収可能にした循環ポンプユニットを提供する。【解決手段】複数の循環ポンプ(2,3)と、これら循環ポンプ(2,3)の吸込側に接続された吸込配管(8,9)と、循環ポンプ(2,3)の吐出側に接続された吐出配管(12,13)と、複数の吸込配管(8,9)に接続され吸込集合管(10)と、複数の吐出配管(12,13)に接続された吐出集合管(14)とを、一体的にケーシング内に収容してなる循環ポンプユニット(1)において、吸込集合管(10)および吐出集合管(14)には夫々防振継手(15,16)が設けられ、吸込集合管(10)に設けられた防振継手(15)と、吐出集合管(14)に設けられた防振継手(16)は、継手の軸方向が互いに直交する方向に向けて配設されている。【選択図】図2 |
