To provide a microfilament-like cellulose that can, when used for a dispersion liquid or a sheet, increase transparency and inhibit coloring.SOLUTION: The present invention pertains to a microfilament-like cellulose that has a fiber width of 1-10 nm and has an amount of introduced substituents less than 0.5 mmol/g. The present invention also pertains to a dispersion liquid and a sheet that contain the microfilament-like cellulose.
