Zusammenfassung: | To provide a negative pressure booster that includes a cup body that is slidably fit into an inner periphery of a recessed hole on a front surface of a valve body and allows each front end of an operation piston and a reaction piston to face each other through an elastic piston, and an output rod projecting to a front wall of the cup body, which can suppress inclination of the output rod even when a draft related to valve body molding is attached to an inner peripheral surface of the recessed hole, can reduce an unbalanced load due to a reaction force acting on the valve body from the output rod, reduces load burden of the valve body, dispenses with special reinforcement of the valve body for unbalanced load countermeasure, and improves durability of the valve body.SOLUTION: A valve body 10 is integrally molded of a synthetic resin material. A draft related to the molding is attached to an inner peripheral surface of a recessed hole 10h. An outer peripheral surface 21o of a cap body 21 has overhang parts 211 and 212 to the outside in a radial direction for reducing a slide gap 60 between the outer peripheral surface 21o and the recessed hole 10h.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】バルブボディ前面の凹孔の内周に摺動可能に嵌合し且つ作動ピストン及び反力ピストンの各前端が弾性ピストンを介して対面するカップ体と、カップ体の前壁に突設される出力杆とを備えた負圧ブースタにおいて、凹孔の内周面に、バルブボディ成型に関係した抜き勾配が付されていても、出力杆の傾きを抑制可能として、出力杆からバルブボディに作用する反力による偏荷重を低減でき、バルブボディの荷重負担を軽減し、また偏荷重対策のためにバルブボディを特別に補強する必要をなくすと共に、バルブボディの耐久性を向上させる。【解決手段】バルブボディ10は、合成樹脂材で一体に成型されていて、凹孔10hの内周面には、前記成型に関係した抜き勾配が付されており、カップ体21の外周面21oは、該外周面21oと凹孔10hとの摺動間隙60を低減するための、径方向外方側への張出部211,212を有する。【選択図】図5 |
