Zusammenfassung: | To provide a solar power generation system with a storage battery capable of reducing purchase power charge by focusing on distribution balance of output effective power and output reactive power of a power converter.SOLUTION: A solar power generation system 10 with a storage battery includes: power generation facilities (solar power generation facilities 13) utilizing solar energy; storage battery facilities 14 for mitigating variations in a power generation output from the power generation facilities; and a control device 15 for controlling the power generation output from the power generation facilities and the storage battery facilities 14. The control device 15 includes: a peak cut control unit 16 for performing peak cut control of power received from a power system by adjusting output effective power of the power conversion device in the storage battery facilities 14; a power factor improvement control unit 17 for adjusting output reactive power in the power generation facilities and storage battery facilities 14 to perform power factor improvement control; and a peak cut target value determination unit 18 for determining a peak cut target value that minimizes power charge cost by the peak cut control and the power factor improvement control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
