Zusammenfassung:	To provide a reading device that can accurately read an image on a sheet conveyed in the vertical direction.SOLUTION: A reading device comprises a color measuring unit 500 that reads an image from a sheet S conveyed upward from below in the vertical direction through a conveyance path 432.
