COLUMN SUPPORT BODY OF SCAFFOLD INSIDE BOILER AND INSTALLATION METHOD OF THE SAME

To provide a column support body capable of constructing a scaffold with large live load, and to provide an installation method of the same.SOLUTION: In a column support body 10, a truss-like horizontal member 11 laid horizontally at an upper end part of a hopper 2, diagonal beams 16 connected to both sides of it and arranged along the inclination of the hopper 2, and each of lower ends of vertical beams 12-14 are connected to the diagonal beams 16, and lower ends of the diagonal beams 16 are connected at a bottom beam 15. In this frame, a plurality of transverse beams 18a-18e are connected in a lattice-like manner, jacks 19a-19e coming into contact with the inclination of the hopper 2 are added to the lower ends of the vertical beams 12-14 respectively to form a support body base 10a. Two or three sets of this are disposed together, and they are fixed by a fastening member 20. The thing in which the diagonal beams 16 and the vertical beams 12-14 are connected to the horizontal member 11 is folded in two, hung from an opening of the hopper 2, opened and enlarged and installed on the inclination of the hopper 2 temporarily, and the transverse beams 18a-18e and the vertical beam 17 to be additionally provided are connected manually.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】積載荷重の大きな足場を構築できる支柱支持体およびその設置方法を提供する。【解決手段】この支柱支持体１０は、ホッパー２の上端部に横架されるトラス状の横架材１１と、その両端に連結されホッパー２の傾斜に沿って配置される斜梁１６と、各縦梁１２〜１４の下端を斜梁１６に連結するとともに斜梁１６の下端同士を底梁１５で連結し、この枠内に複数の横梁１８ａ〜１８ｅを格子状に連結し、各縦梁１２〜１４の下端にホッパー２の傾斜に当接するジャッキ１９ａ〜１９ｅを付設して支持体ベース１０ａとし、これを２または３組併設して締結部材２０で固設したものである。該横架材１１に斜梁１６と縦梁１２〜１４を連結したものを二つ折りにして、ホッパー２の開口から吊持して、拡開してホッパー２の傾斜に設置して仮置し、横梁１８ａ〜１８ｅと追加する縦梁１７は人手によって連結している。【選択図】 図１
