Zusammenfassung: | To provide a preparation method for providing a porous high-absorbent resin which swells at a high rate upon contact with water and has mechanical properties such as high gel strength in a swollen state while exhibiting excellent physical properties improved in both water retention capacity (CRC) and absorption ability under pressure (AUP).SOLUTION: A preparation method of a high-absorbent resin includes the steps of: preparing a monomer neutralized solution by adding an internal cross-linking agent, an initiator, an inorganic filler and a nonionic surfactant to a neutralized solution obtained by neutralizing at least 80 mol% of a water-soluble ethylene-based unsaturated monomer comprising acidic groups; high-shear mixing the monomer neutralized solution; preparing a hydrogel polymer from the high-shear mixed monomer neutralized solution by thermal polymerization or photopolymerization; and preparing a base resin powder by drying, pulverizing and classifying the hydrogel polymer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水と接触時に速い速度で膨潤し、膨潤された状態で高いゲル強度などの機械的物性を有し、保持能(CRC)及び加圧吸収能(AUP)が共に向上した優れた物性を示す多孔性高吸水性樹脂を提供するための製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、酸性基を有する水溶性エチレン系不飽和単量体を80モル%以上中和した中和液に、内部架橋剤、開始剤、無機フィラー及び非イオン性界面活性剤を添加して単量体中和液を形成する段階;前記単量体中和液を高せん断混合する段階;熱重合または光重合により前記高せん断混合された単量体中和液から含水ゲル重合体を形成する段階;及び前記含水ゲル重合体を乾燥、粉砕及び分級してベース樹脂粉末を形成する段階;を含む、高吸水性樹脂の製造方法に関する。【選択図】図1 |
