To provide a toothbrush capable of brushing whole teeth including teeth adjacent to a missing tooth cleanly and efficiently.SOLUTION: A toothbrush having a brush part 7 in which a plurality of bristle bundles 6 is planted on a bristle planting base 2 is provided with a first bristle bundle group 10 in a central part in a length direction of the bristle planting base 2, a second bristle bundle group 11 wider than the first bristle bundle group 10 on a tip side in the length direction of the bristle planting base 2, a third bristle bundle group 12 wider than the first bristle bundle group 10 on a base end side in the length direction of the bristle planting base 2, and a narrow constricted part 7a in a midway part in the length direction of the brush part 7 by providing the first bristle bundle group 10, the second bristle bundle group 11, and the third bristle bundle group 12.
