SHELF VERTICAL-MOVEMENT SYSTEM AND PICKING ASSIST SYSTEM

To provide a shelf vertical-movement system allowing for efficiently performing picking by an operator.SOLUTION: A shelf vertical-movement system has a shelf vertical-movement device 1 that vertically moves a shelf SH whose space is divided at least vertically by a plurality of shelf plates SB and a picking control device 3 that controls the vertical movement of the shelf SH. The picking control device 3 controls the shelf vertical-movement device 1 such that in the case the shelf SH is at the lowest, when an operator P stands on a work platform ST, the shelf SH is positioned at a height for a hand of the operator P to reach an uppermost stage of the shelf SH and in the case the shelf SH is located at the highest, when the operator P stands on the work platform ST, the shelf SH is positioned at a height for the hand of the operator P to reach a lowermost stage of the shelf.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】作業者によるピッキングが効率的に行われることを課題とする。【解決手段】複数の棚板ＳＢによって、少なくとも上下方向に空間が分割されている棚ＳＨの上下移動を行う棚上下移動装置１と、棚ＳＨの上下移動を制御するピッキング管理装置３と、を有し、ピッキング管理装置３は、棚ＳＨが最も下にある場合において、作業台ＳＴに作業者Ｐが立った際に、棚ＳＨの最上段に作業者Ｐの手が届く高さに棚ＳＨを位置させ、棚ＳＨが最も高い場所にある場合において、作業台ＳＴに作業者Ｐが立った際に、棚の最下段に作業者Ｐの手が届く高さに棚ＳＨを位置させるよう棚上下移動装置１を制御することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
