To provide a packing box capable of increasing workability of an assembly.SOLUTION: A packing box 2 in which an inner bag 3 with a spout 3a is stored comprises: a shank including front and back lateral plates 11 and 13, left and right lateral plates 12 and 14 and an inclined lateral plate 15 coupling the front and back lateral plates 11 and 13 and left and right lateral plates 12 and 14; and front and back outer flaps 31 and 33 and left and right inner flaps 32 and 34 constituting a top surface.
