STIRRER AND STIRRING METHOD OF SHEET

To provide a stirrer capable of reducing risk of infection of an operator contacting with a sheet to be stirred and a stirring method of a sheet.SOLUTION: A stirrer 100 comprises a housing portion 2 for accommodating the sheet, a sterilizing portion 3 for sterilizing the sheet contained in the housing portion 2, and a stirring portion 8 for stirring the sheet contained in the housing portion 2. In the above construction, the stirring portion 8 has a drive portion 89 for rotating the housing portion 2 with the rotation shaft 87 as a shaft center. In the above described construction, the housing part 2 has a housing body 25 for accommodating the sheet and a cover body 24 which can be opened and closed relative to the housing body.
