To provide a power conversion device that can prevent foreign substances such as rainwater and dust from entering a control box through a hood opening.SOLUTION: In the power conversion device, a control unit A includes drainage plates 12, 13, which prevent rainwater, etc., from entering hoods 4, 5, for intake and exhaust, and nets 10, 11 for preventing foreign substances from entering disposed on both hoods 4, 5. Rainwater that has entered beyond the drainage plates 12, 13 is discharged to the outside through cutouts formed in the drainage plates 12, 13.
