Zusammenfassung:To control radio connection between a radio communication apparatus and a cradle with a simple operation.SOLUTION: A cradle 2 with a handset, which is radio connected to a radio communication apparatus by a short-range radio communication function, includes: a loading detector unit which detects loading or non-loading of the radio communication apparatus; a main control unit which controls validation and invalidation of a short-range radio communication unit; and a handset relay unit which, when radio connection to the radio communication apparatus is made by the short-range radio communication unit, relays transmission of a voice signal between the handset and the radio communication apparatus. If the loading of the radio communication apparatus is detected by the loading detector unit during the invalidation of the short-range radio communication unit, the main control unit validates the short-range radio communication unit to radio connect to the radio communication apparatus, whereas if the non-loading of the radio communication apparatus is detected by the loading detector unit continuously for predetermined time or longer during radio connection to the radio communication apparatus, the main control unit invalidates the short-range radio communication unit to disconnect the radio connection to the radio communication apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】簡単な操作で無線通信機器およびクレードル間の無線接続を制御する。【解決手段】ハンドセットを備え近距離無線通信機能により無線通信機器と無線接続するクレードル2は、無線通信機器の載置および非載置を検知する載置検出部と、近距離無線通信部の有効化および無効化を制御する主制御部と、近距離無線通信部により無線通信機器と無線接続されている場合に、ハンドセットと無線通信機器との間における音声信号の伝送を中継するハンドセット中継部と、を有する。主制御部は、近距離無線通信部が無効化されている場合に、載置検出部によって無線通信機器の載置が検知されたならば、近距離無線通信部を有効化して無線通信機器と無線接続し、無線通信機器と無線接続中に載置検出部によって所定時間以上継続して無線通信機器の非載置が検出されたならば、近距離無線通信部を無効化して無線通信機器との無線接続を切断する。【選択図】図4
